Rejuvenating our Exceptional Workplace

  • Review and update the organizational structure

  • Design and undertake a comprehensive recruitment and retention initiative.

  • Continue with initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging (DEIAB), and mental health and wellness.

3: Quality

Building on our Culture of Quality

  • Enhance our culture of quality, starting with a new system of standards and accreditation.

  • Enhance current services.

  • Support people to age in place with dignity.

  • Raise the profile of CLYS across Southern York Region.

4: Property

Designing a Property Master Plan for a Sustainable Future

  • Create a short-term and longer-term property strategy.

  • This strategy should reflect CLYS' philosophy related to property that addresses associative issues such as accessibility.
