Family Networks

Family Networks bring together families and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and access information and resources. These networks provide a supportive environment for building relationships, strengthening a network of supports, and exploring topics relevant to caregiving. By participating in engaging activities and collaborative learning, families can navigate services, advocate effectively, and support their loved ones across all life stages, while being supported themselves and reinforcing the understanding that they are not alone.

What it provides

  • Opportunities to connect with other families and caregivers who share similar experiences.

  • Access to information, resources, and guidance relevant to caregiving.
Supportive discussions and learning around topics that matter to families.

  • Activities that promote well-being, inclusion, and community engagement.

  • Building support circles to strengthen relationships and mutual assistance.

  • Collaborative learning to strengthen advocacy and navigation of services.

  • A space to share experiences, ideas, and strategies for supporting loved ones.
