SUB-MENU: EMERGENCY HOME PLAN • INFORMATION • RECREATION
Make sure everyone in your family knows what to do before, during and after an emergency. Set up a family meeting to discuss how you can best prepare for an emergency. (If you live alone, develop a plan for yourself with links to neighbours and friends.) After creating a home emergency plan, review it with your family every six months.
For steps to take in creating a home emergency plan see york.ca's "Make a home emergency plan" mini-site.
